Shipping + Returns

All apparel orders are shipped to you for free!
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, and international orders are shipped via courier ground shipping. 
Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of when orders are placed, unless otherwise stated in the product description (if you are pre-ordering a product the delivery window will be stated in the product description). A tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can track your goodies.

Sometimes things aren't perfect ... so we offer a full refund for any products that are not marked "final sale". Here's what to do if you need to return your merchandise:

How do I send my return back?

1. Email Twigg & Feather customer serivce department to confirm return: jenn.leblanc@twiggandfeather.com.
2. Securely repack your items in the box or package you received them in.
3. Drop your package off at a Canada Post Service point or any other courier (FedEx, UPS, Purolator) with traceable mail service. Twigg & Feather is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds & Processing Time:

If your package arrives at Twigg & Feather Returns Department within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address associated with your order when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Twigg & Feather.
